ticker on msnbc reports that 200 afghan people protested in a march against the u.s. for what they called 'the attack' on a civilian wedding party last week....some of u may have heard that we dropped an errant bomb on a group of people and the u.s. is saying that maybe the pilot felt they were enemy forces and possibly had anti aircraft weapons

i just knew that going in to afghanistan and trying to save those people wouldn't do us any good....and now we're training the in-greats and giving them weapons just so they can turn on us in a few yrs like nearly every other 3rd world country we've called ourselves trying to help

since no one on this site cares 2 shiits about political correctness no one will mind me saying that i think we should go to the middle east and start beheading sand people...then drop one nice size bomb on the region and be done with it

i am soooo bent outta shape from these incidents....my zantac aint even workin and my stomach's been hurting all day
and to add injury to insult....i tripped on the cord and knocked my dreamcast(it aint thinking) down onto the top of my foot, nice hard edge first...i got a lump and its still sore as hell several hrs later :rolleyes:

I do agree...one bomb large enough to turn all that sand into a huge sheet of glass...that would be cool.

stay away from the news channels/websites
stop watching the news and be blissfully ignorant to current events.

I like it how one week the Afghans are cheering after being freed from the Taliban, and another week complaining because they forgot that the war was on their soil.

There's a REASON that these backwards countries are backwards.

It has more than a little to do with the population!

You need to read your history. The United States helped the people fight the USSR out. As soon as the Soviet Union left so did we. Guess what that caused.... civil war and the rise of the Taliban. The US will not allow that to happen again.

Are you done? Remember whats go around comes around. If we went over and started doing what you said don't you think somebody would strike back. Hell the majority of the world hates the United States already. I don't think we need to give them a REAL reason to hate us. Do you?

Dude. The pilot dropped a bomb on civilians. What do you think was going to happen ?

If you are really bent out of shape, go ahead, start beheading "sand people". See how many you get through.

And so was the USA supposed to sit there and baby sit them and maybe help to ensure a democratic government gets put into place?

That wouldn't work. The people have to value democracy in order for it to flourish..it can't just be handed to them.
