You read that right. With my 'Tour down and no money to rebuild the tranny, I went out and looked at a '94 Ford Aspire. Its a 4-door, 5 speed go kart with 64 hp. Hmmm.

Oh well, I figure for $1000 and in good condition, it's a pretty good deal. It will be a good highway commuter car for my new job, and I can turn around and sell it later to help fix the tranny. wink

First mod to the Asspire: a window sticker reading "Slower than you... period." Maybe I'll make it a mock ricer, just for kicks. laugh I'm going to ditch those "13 wheels real quick, too. Maybe some 8-spoke Contour alloys... ?
