I was at a nice restaurant with my wife the other night. There were these two guys at a table next to us. They looked fairly normal, but I thought by the way they dressed, and the way they styled their hair that they were "that way". So I kept my eye on them. Sure enough, as soon as their meals came they started praying right there at a table not ten feet away from us. How were we supposed to eat with that going on? Don't those people have special clubs or something where they can go? Stupid tell me how you feel about the fact that this page was typed by God himself. Jim's name is just on it for legal reasons. By the way: I, your Creator, say you're a poop head, the Bible is bogus, and you should send Reverend Jim 10% of your gross income. Stupid If AIDS is God's punishment to Gays for anal intercourse, does that mean lung cancer is God's punishment for smoking? If so, do you plan to picket Aunt Mildred's funeral carrying signs saying "God hates Smokers?"
If AIDS is God's punishment for sex, why is a little piece of rubber so effective at preventing it? Are all sins absolved when committed in conjunction with rubber, or just those related to sex? Can I, for example, worship graven images so long as they're made out of rubber?
In forty years do you expect your discrimination against gays be more or less embarrassing to your grandchildren than your grandparents' discrimination against blacks is to you? You may, of course, skip this question as irrelevant if you're a racist too. Triple stupid. I will not debate sarcasm.

I was wondering what you thought of his perspectives. Feel free to attack the content and meaning of that website, attacking the presentation of the ideas is pointless. As for my thoughts on the matter: People have a right to believe as they wish, I'm very grateful for that. I just wish people spent more time and effort figuring out what they believe. J. Huber's website promotes the same ideal.

im only 18 years old, and us younger people dont nesscessarly believe in God. im sorry to say this but that is the fact. cant do this cant do that. everything is a sin. but between the battle of science and the Almighty. i think of it this way. what ever science cant explain. i will turn to God to explain. but once science explains it, God is the loser. theres couple of billian years leaf, before the big bang reoccurs. which means everything will be gone. and we willl have to start all over again as a human race. at this time, we can not calculate how many times the big bang reoccured.
If you really want some more information on the topic, of how many times did the big bang happen feel free to pm me, and ill give u my aim name. and ill explain it to you, what i actually mean.

Do you believe in your parents? It's sad that you say one reason you don't believe in God is because his existance creates standards to live by. As for the big bang, that is another topic for another time. FWIW, I am noticing just the opposite of what you say. Churches today are full of younger adults/older teens. Maybe there is hope for this generation. (This statement should be interpreted as me hoping for a return to morals. )

And I hope we don't have to go through the whole "Kids are at church because they have to be.", or "because their parents go"

"Good is not good because the gods approve of it, but the gods approve of it because it is good" "a human being's main goal is to become a better person through the pursuit of knowledge, which is arrived at through reflection and dialogue "What makes man sin is lack of knowledge" "were I to make any claim to be wiser than others, it would be because I do not think that I have any knowledge of the world when in fact I have none." Socrates (Plato) Thought I'd throw a little greek philosophy on the subject. The Greeks attempted to figure this out and in the end influenced a great many of the christian religions. A good deal of the catholic doctrine is based on Greek beliefs, especially those of Plato.
