1)"Theory" of evolution is nothing more than our current best attempt to reconcile all the anthropological/archeological/historical information currently available.
2) As with all other areas of science, new data is constantly being added, changed, or varified - which often forces a modification of current theory OR the developement of new theories..scientific theory is constantly in "flux".
3) Thus, one CANNOT say that evolution and creationism are not compatable or even the same. One can ONLY say the views are compatable or not compatable based on todays data. By tommorrow, new data will exist. So to say that one or the other does not exist is not logical.
Education IS a humbling experience - it forces you to realize the finite limits of man's current knowlege BUT it drives us to expand those limits. School is but the begining of life long education. It is not SRTICTLY nessesary but like a good roadmap it makes things easier..
