WHY do people think putting a wing on the roof of your car looks good? One more thing, is that guy color blind? What's with that paint job?

Think the hood is functional...? :rolleyes: It's so big in comparison to the car, it's gonna cause a drag effect and slow it down! Or maybe it causes lift...yeah that's it! Lift. The air goes in and pushes up on the underside of the hood...that's why he needs such a big wing. To keep the car from actually leaving the ground. Or not...

One of the horrors, er, unusual things about this podunky little town I'm in is that there is an inordinately high number of ricers.
We've got everything from a purple Bronco II "monster truck" to unpainted hand-puttied ground effects on a Neon. It is FUBAR!
I'm baffled by this profusion of rice. There is nobody to impress but the other ricers here!
Well, there is the entertainment factor. I've trained my wife and my friends to point and yell "RICE!" whenever we encounter one of these "vehicles." That, at least, is funny.
