That's a rather elastic definition of slavery.

Is an undocumented immigrant the same as an illegal immigrant? I think they are.

Slavery is involuntary servitude. "Fear of being reported to the INS" does not consitute involuntary servitude. The worst that would happen to the illegal immigrant is that they would be returned to Mexico, which is where they would be had they not illegally entered the USA.

The illegal immigrant made a choice to illegally enter the USA, and to liken the results of that choice to slavery is a chain of logic only a liberal could embrace.
