EVERYONE has a right to REFUSE to say ANYTHING! That is not the issue that I see. I dont NOT agree with the fact that this guy goes out and pubically voices his beliefs on others, even takes it to the courts to have it deemed "unconstitutional". I'm sorry to say but the US goverment needs to get some balls!
I believe the ONLY reason why this is happening is to give everyone (news, media) something to talk about!
I'm am from England, and if any of the Indians, pakistanies, arab or however tried to make the the British national anthem "unconstitutional" (There is a part which states "God save the queen") They would be ridden out of the country!!!!! END OF STORY! There is NO way a court would bend over and grab it's ankles like this Court did in California! This IS the United States of America. It is a great country and I love it here. I may not agree with some things, but who hasn't got there opinions on things, right? And I would certainly not go to a court to have something that has been with Americans for half a centry to have it banned! BS!
This guy needs to get the **** out of this country if he doesn't like it.
