I see your point about PC, but I agree with the Court on this one. It should not have come to this but I fear some ultra-conservative at the school would not budge on there stance that recital was mandatory. Therefore litigation was neccessary.
Oh well, they will mock upa new version using the pre '54 one and all will be good.
