USMC- ok, in order to allow the Contour to beat an M3 or a Cobra this is what you need to do with your $6k: Take $1000 put it into some nice tires and wheels, then take the remaining $5000 and use it for a down payment on a new M3. There, that should about do it. Unfortunately, you can spend all you want, stock M3's have 333hp and can out twistie the Contours. Stock Cobra has similar HP and HUGE torque. I believe the Cobra is cheaper than the M3 so you may be better off spending the $5k down on the Cobra. Enjoy.
