We also calculated from fwhp to hp at the crank... and 218 hp is what it came out to be... Of course I have no baseline, but from an average of other that was there that day with stock SVTs, it gain ~18-20 hp.
174HP when 165HP is normal baseline... Does not make 20HP. Maybe 11-12HP at the crank and 0 TQ gains (maybe some lost?) (Seen Bassani give 7-9FWHP / 9-12HP at crank)
Like you said; without a baseline those numbers are not accurate!
BTW 174.2HP = 212.3 crank HP; not 218+
