Quantify everything.
How many computers did you upgrade? Over what period of time? How many telephones did you move? What was the total value of the systems you were responsible for?
How big a company is "large operation"?" Fortune 500?
Numbers, numbers, numbers.
If I were looking at your resume, I'd want to know why you have had 5 jobs in 3 years... I know IT is more transient than other industries but that still seems like a lot.
