Today I had my A/C serviced. I do just about all work on my cars possible.I replaced a rusted out Accumulator and just needed the system vacuumed and recharged. I don't have an established mechanic I see so I just went to a place close to work. I didn't get an estimate and just figured about $130.00, the bill came to $215.50 The price breakdown:
Tracer Dye $19.95
PAG oil approx. 4oz. $9.95
R134A approx. 2 lbs $55.95
Labor $127.50
I called another place "AFTER" to compare prices. They charged $13.00 /lb which I feel is a fair mark-up. Just wanted to rant a little.
Buyer Beware and I wasn't. At least the A/C is cold

Owch!
The dealership I bought my car from send me coupons out every month.
I actually used the last one, full AC service $125 plus cost of R134A.
Came to $155 total.
I also get free oil changes for the life of my car, just have to bring in my synthetic oil and filter (because they use cheap ass stuff there).
