Since EdwardC hasn't piped up yet (or if he did I missed it), next Monday NASA is scheduled to launch its COmet Nucleus TOUR (CONTOUR for short) spacecraft to study Comet Encke in 2003 and Comet Schwassmann-Wachmann3 in 2006. Hope they put in water pumps with metal impellers! (The spacecraft was not built by Ford Aerospace, but by Johns Hopkins' Applied Physics Lab.) There's even a website with the enticing name
