I've drank so much I don't even get hung over anymore, but on those mornings when I just feel drained I drink a pint of orange juice and take a potassium vitamin...good to go

One easy solution is to just drink a couple of bottles of gatorade before you go to sleep. Gatorade is meant to replenish the body of liquids and carbs quickly that has been lost during workout. When you drink gatorade before you sleep, it rehydrates the body, and when you wake up, you don't have anything at all to worry about. I've been doing this everytime i drink. I wake up feeling totally normal.

Give me more beer and CEG before i get depressed!

I agree on the water thing.
i drink about 2-3 full glasses after I'm done drinking. sober up a bit, (piss like a race horse for a while) then go to bed.
never had a hangover ever.

I know it is old school, but it really helped me at SpringZing 2002. Some of you know I hit the jug pretty heavy on Friday night, and then went out and AutoX practiced the next day.

What did it take for me to drink until 3AM, get up at 9AM, and be at the track by 10AM?

My old cures:

Pop a B Complex vitamin before bed with a lot of water.

Or

Pop Alka Seltzer's Cold Medicine the next morning. This was before the hangover relief version came out. laugh
