Looks like a secret service vehicle (with power to match...what is it 370hp? or more?) I bet you'll find 12 guage shotguns under the back seat .i forget if it's super charged or not, hmmm....that would be a great car to fix up even more....it would be like that chevy caprice wagon with the performance package with the corvette engine.
