That is exactly how I feel..

Everything about this woman is perfect for me. We agree on 99% of everything. I see her, and I get weak in the knees. I can't get enough of her.. I don't want to go a day without seeing her. She reminds me so much of EXACTLY what I always told myself I would want to settle with..

I have always been a very chivalrous person. I don't think that it is dead. I believe that women (akk women) should be treated with a certain level of respect and kindness that isn't afforded to others.

She is looking for the same things in life, as I am. I can easily see myself starting a very serious relationship with this woman. I can't ever get enough of her eyes. It doesn't matter what I am doing, if I look into her eyes, I am mesmerized.

It is almost eerily wonderful, you know? she feels as strongly as I do, and on top of that, it just plain feels "right".

I know that "society" thinks that it should be longer before you feel strongly about someone, but, like jcboeckl says, I should just do what feels right, and be willing to be hurt.

I mean, afterall.. I could NOT act as I wish, in order to protect my feelings (should things not work) but who knows WHAT I would be throwing away. I should just do what feels natural, and if it hurts, then I learned something else. I try to always give my all, in everything I do, so I am doing the same here..

Thanks, again, for the insights, and I am glad to see that others feel that I may be in store for some good things, too!

Edit: SWAAAYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! Don't worry.. I was single for 2 YEARS... I didn't WANT anyone. I had "offers" (I guess you could call them) but I wouldn't give them the time of day. I just, quite simply, wasn't interested in relationships... I wanted to focus on myself, and getting my life together, on the right track. Then... WAM.. when no other woman could EVEN get me to blink... she blinded me, and I haven't seen straight, since!

I agree with you 100% jump in....Especially if you feel that connection with someone. As I'm sure you know they are hard to find. Even if its not meant to be it will be worth the time you spend.

Chances are though if you feel this way it is meant to be and your right. Make her feel special. I don't care what anyone says, as long as your on the same level (what each others needs are) then treat her like a queen. I'm the same way you are very chivalrous. Have always been a sensative guy, and while it didn't get me very far in, before I met my girlfriend, it did get me her!

Anyways...seems like some of these fellaz have had some bitter experiences! Hehehe!

Buddy, appreciate every minute. Life has a nasty way of throwing curve balls at you when you're least ready for it.

Girl & I were together for 5 1/2 years. Proposed this Valentines day. Things were as good as they could be for a relationship that had lasted so long. There was no question in my mind that she was the person I wanted to be with, and throughout the ups & downs we never gave up on each other. I truly loved that girl.

Two months after proposing, she left me. I took some responsibility for the breakup, but mostly it was about her suddenly getting an urge to want to date other people. Things got really ugly, friendship was not possible. Haven't heard from her since.

Be ready for anything. 'Tis better to have loved & lost than never to have loved at all.
