Have you ever met someone that is "perfect
" for you? Not perfect, just perfect for YOU? I met a woman that seems SO wonderful. She makes me smile, and she makes me happy!

I have SO much in common, and I am crazy about her! I haven't known her more than a couple months, but she seems so.... "right..."

I don't want to marry her, or anything, but I am incredibly happy with her, even though I haven't known her long ... You think that is too far-fetched? Just the "puppy-love" newness, or is it TRULY possible to feel that strong, and be that real?

Just wanting to share with the world, that I am happy...

sounds like the usual "newness" thing which will eventually die down as time passes.
even still though, new things tend to creep up on ya and make you still get those feelings now and then, and in some situations the newness dies down less than with other people you've met.
it's all part of the fun.
enjoy every second of it.

Yes it is possible. Chris & I couldn't be more well matched. He is the perfect compliment to me. Its been 6 1/2 years and it only gets better. I would be lost without him. We have the same sense of humor, sense of adventure, & passions. Ok, he is more into cars than me. But I post here and go to meets because I want to be a part of what he cares so much about. We agree on 99.5% of everything.

BTW- I am the luckiest girl in the world.

Enjoy your girl & if she is the "right one" you will know. Don't let her get away.

I remember those days and I look back on them with such joy. I'm only 22 but I've been with my girlfriend for 5.5 years and the first year was exactly how you explained. She was my first real relationship and my last one, and I'm not at all sorry about that!

I do believe there is that someone for everyone, but after 5+ years that feeling you described tends to wear off, and gets replaced with a new type of Love or mutual respect which grows into something even greater a Need.

Anyways I know its kinda mushy but its true IMHO.

I once read an interview of a couple who had been married for like 75 years and they were asked "What was your secret?" and he replied by saying "We just never fell out of love at the same time". I find this pretty true....Not that you actually fall out of love but more like they never collided w/ each other at the same time.(meaning someone always gave in)

If there is one thing I have learned its choose your arguements wisely and don't get caught up on the little things!
