Actually, that'll be the look of the Irish players against Spain.

I just want to see USA vs. Mexico. That will be a bloodbath - those teams HATE each other.
All the US has to do is finish 2nd in their group:
Korean win and US win (unless we whoop the Poles worse than Korea whoops (?) Portugal) Korean win and US tie Korean win and US loss Korean/Portugese tie and US tie Portugese win and US tie
If the US wins and Portugal wins, we get Italy instead.
We can still get in, based on tiebreakers, if we lose and the Koreans and Portugese tie (we would be 2nd if we beat Portugal on tiebreakers).
Both matches - US vs. POL and KOR vs. POR - at 7:30 AM EDT Friday

I think any outcome that has us in the second round will be awesome. While I would like to see us win our group, because it will be great for soccer here, I would also like to see us against Mexico. We know them better, and it really would be a bloodbath. I think we could really beat Mexico. I'm not as optimistic against Italy, however. I think they're just like Portugal: so much skill, talent, etc. just waiting to explode. They were ripped off against Croatia. But then again, Mexico appears to be playing well also, and could be a tough opponent. We'll see how it goes.
I just want Korea to get crushed tomorrow. After all the crap they've been talking about us, I hope Portugal shows them the meaning of "European Powerhouse".
