I just want to see USA vs. Mexico. That will be a bloodbath - those teams HATE each other.
All the US has to do is finish 2nd in their group:
Korean win and US win (unless we whoop the Poles worse than Korea whoops (?) Portugal)
Korean win and US tie
Korean win and US loss
Korean/Portugese tie and US tie
Portugese win and US tie
If the US wins and Portugal wins, we get Italy instead.
We can still get in, based on tiebreakers, if we lose and the Koreans and Portugese tie (we would be 2nd if we beat Portugal on tiebreakers).
