If it did (based on christian ethics), blacks would still be slaves, all muslims & aetheists would be dead, jews wouldn't be allowed out of the desert, and priests would be sleeping with little boys.

I wish you knew what the hell you were talking about. Where in the Bible does it say that slavery is good? That Jews are condemned to the desert? (This one is way out there...never heard something this stupid before) Muslims and athiests dead? I would rather see them taught the Word of God. Priests? You really think that is a true representation of Christianity? I feel bad for you...you say religion is illogical? What kind of logic are you using?

There's not actually anything in the bible that says priests CAN'T fondle little kids, and since some seem to like doing it, well then it must be ok. Read the bible, it states that blacks were kept as slaves, and that it was OK. Again read the bible, jews were stuck in the desert, and God had no intent on helping them. Read the bible, all of it, you might be suprised what you learn. Christianity, IMHO, is one of the must disturbed/ridiculous/self-absorbed religions humans ever came up with, but thats just my opinion.

Obviously I've never read the Bible( :rolleyes: )so I don't know my way around it. Specifically I want to see where it refers to anyone as black. Second I want to see where God refused to help the Jews in the Desert. Third, about the priests, give that a rest...not a valid argument.

Can I give versus, not at this moment as I am at work.
I would have to sit and skim through the bible to find them.
The bible never says black ,it says something like "mud people", the refence is obvious.
The jew refernce is based on spirit more than word.
The priest arguemnet is valid. Christianity says there is nothing wrong with it, decency says there is something wrong with it, hence my statement "Religion and humanity/ethics don't mix."

You're right, I can't, at least when I was posting yesterday, I was at work.
I didn't have time to look over the bible last night, car parts got delivered.
