I do not technically work nights, but here is my schedule for the week:
Sun work 5 am - 1 pm
mon class all day
tues work 4 am to 12:30 pm
wed class all day
thurs sleep
fri class and various other tasks
sat work from 9 am - 5:30 pm, birthday dinner for my gf at 9
Sun work 4 am to 12:30 pm.
It is hell for me to get in any type of sleep schedule. It really sucks
