I've been hearing it in bars and I'm trying to find out who sings it. It goes: "I'm an outlaw..."
Don't remember the rest. Cool beat though. I asked the bartender and he said it was "Neptune". I can't find anything like that through Yahoo or Kazaa.

If only someone made a program like Kazaa where you could search peices of lyrics as well, and it would come up with a song listing...

The song you are referring to is indeed by the neptunes, it is called Lapdance, its a remix.It is off of theswordfish soundtrack, but it is easier to search on kazaa by the name of it.

Pick up the entire N.E.R.D. disc, it is pretty quality. If you are into any undergroung hip-hop, try to scam a copy of the CD that was supposed to come out here in the states, but was only released overseas instead. The beats are pretty ill.
