That might explain some of it. I eat pretty good (no fast food... can't afford it) and I hate drinking sodas. But I've been drinking them at night this past week to stay awake at work. I bet that has a lot to do with it...
I made a thread a few weeks ago about energy foods to keep me awake at work at night and I think all that was said was Power Bars and fruits/vegetables. Coke works so well, though.

But I really do detest drinking that crap.
Maybe I won't go to work tonite and just catch up. I really should, though...
