I've been working nights for as long as I've held a job. I usually sleep around three hours a day (it will be 0 today) I always hated sleep. I find it to be a horrible waste of time I could spend outside, or even just doing something like drawing. People always tell me 3 hours isn't enough but I am barely ever sick, I don't ever have headaches, and I never feel tired (unless I get 0 hours in a day, then I'm just plain dopey) If I sleep in, I always feel drowsy (I'm talking 8 hours here)
If you are having troubles sleeping, here is something my ex did (she was a horrible sleeper). Just turn on a drony old fan and let it run, you will drop in no time
