I'm afraid melatonin or any other routine will get me accustomed to sleeping during the day, which I really don't want. My sleeping bouts during the day isn't napping... it's my only rest time. But I don't want to get used to it. My nights off, I stay up the whole day and sleep when it's dark. I guess I'm not really on a good sleep schedule and I like it that way. But I've never had this trouble before. I bet it is just nervousness.
Just in case, where can I find melatonin? Besides in a slab of turkey...
I want to move back to nights. I actually slept better during the day.
