take some melatonin, should help you straighten out your sleeping problems. You can also use a certain "medicinal" herb, puts me out when i need to be that's for sure!
EDIT: Nix that idea, forgot about you joining the marines....melatonin, or, start making a routine to follow before you go to bed. IE: Every night before you turn in you read for a half hour. After a while, it'll tell your body, ok time to get ready for sleep...and when you turn in you'll probably sleep better and longer.
