Jeep Wrangler. This definitely isn't the most popular, but every time I do see a chick driving a Jeep Wrangler, she is a full blown hottie.
It must be some rule Jeep people made up: "If you are a girl, you shouldn't be driving a Jeep. But if you are driving a Jeep anyway, you better be hot."

Up here, the Wrangler is a big one, everyone has to have a 4x4, I think the chick things goes back to "Clueless" Otherwise, Cougars, Jetta/Cabrio, Celica, and almost anything with a drop top, especially if it's "sporty looking"
As for chicks that drive a stick.......you can do like I did and convert your girlfriend to the joys of manual transmissions.

...hmmm protege mustang v6 atx convert jetta cavalier contour that is just about right, but as stated above the atx convertable v6 stang is very popular, cause they dont care about the power and history, they just want to be able to say "I have a convertable mustang!!" :p
