I think liability must be greatly reduced back to a true "reasonable man standard," meaning what a normal, reasonably prudent person would do, not the most perfect and anal person on earth. On animosity, I do have an animosity towards the laws, not the police officers. I do wish however, that the police officers would also look differently towards these laws.
