Police should use l/s when responding every time, they can turn them off as they get closer. Sirens first then lights. The majority of cops do this and police departments don't care. There are many cops that do worse than this and set bad examples(i know a young cop). If your on a interstate and a cop(especially state patrol) passes you speeding then speed behing right behind them. First of all it's hard for them to pull you over when they're ahead of you. Second, it must be a new speed limit since they're officers of the law and they're going that speed. Third, just kick them in the nads if they pull you over, it's a strong message.
