Hey man, with enough ingenuity, fiberglass, and body filler, you can pretty much graft any ground effects or bumper kit or whatever to your car. Sometimes its really hard to pull off though.

But for instance, once I saw a dragon or demon or whatever bumper kit for an eclipse grafted to a mustang and it looked perfect. The body guy cut the stock front clip and grafted it to portions of the eclipse kit. Any imperfection or gap was filled in with fiberglass and then smoothed and painted. Looked ok if you ask me. Stuff like that can be done.
