Hey, I'll give you a free credit report. Just send me your SS#, DOB, last 2 addresses, mother's maiden name. Don't worry about the risk of identity theft when giving that info out to someone you don't know.
Fork over the small fee - it's not that much. You should check your credit every two years to make sure nothing funny is on there. I'm going to do it when I get back in the job market to be sure everything is on the up and up.
