Why couldn't they buy their poor kids some new clothes, and maybe fix up their car? Oh, no, a big screen TV is WAY more important that that!!
didn't you know? the tv was the babysitter until the kids are old enough to fend for themselves. these parents had the kids in mind when buying the best tv ever.
