Ahhh I too have had the: "i have to write a ticket, IF you tell me you were NOT wearing a seatbelt I might consider that option, vs the 25mph over..." As i sit there in my seatbelted position... I wondered "what the H.. so I said I wasn't wearing the belt and BOOM I get a $15 ticket for no belt. This was right outside GreatLakes Dragway!!!! Which I had just left. (I still had my #s on the windows!!!!)
