How's this for a prank?
Apparently seniors from Holy Ghost Prep (HGP) painted these letters across I-95 north of Philadelphia a few days ago. Police think they did it at 3 AM and may have used traffic cones to shut lanes down to get the stencil in place and paint the letters. This takes nads, but not necessarily brains - I don't think I would stand in the middle of a major interstate at any hour.
