Well, I'll be moving out REAL soon, and I'll be needing a car of my own. I know that I could afford a WRX, but in all reality I can't own that car. I'd modify it, and soon enough it wouldn't be a reliable daily driver anymore. So my basic requirments are:
manual, reliable, cheap.
This is probably suicide on the boards, but I'm considering a Civic, Focus, and *gasp* Saturn. They aren't status worthy cars, but a reliable daily driver while I'm in school.
I'm leaning towards Civic, but next in line is the Focus.
Main goal is reliablity.

What do you mean your GSR is fast, period? Explain, numbers, something? From what I've physically seen @ the track, GSR's are nothing special, period.

Well the saturn isn't a bad mix of performance and reliablity, if you get the twin cam'r and a 5-speed it'll have some balls to it, not gonna kick a mustang's a$$ but good for a little 4 banger. I like the focus a lot but they seem to have some problems with them staying together. I don't like honda, period

New Sentra SE-R or V-spec. Test drove one with my Fiancee' (will be her car) and it was a nice car. Fully loaded under $20K.

I can hook you up with Chrysler Friends & Family discount if you want, Andy. Maybe a Neon SRT-4 or Stratus RT? PM if interested.

Hmm...well...
I'm looking to spend between 12 and 14. After this summer, I could probably put down around $8,000, a decent downpayment? I was thinkin of a SVTF or maybe that SRT. But, it's gonna be the same case as the WRX...
