Something you have to take into account though, is where the job is located and what the cost of living is in that area. That can really impact job salaries.

Hey Sleeper, what does the reserves pay? Starting out, and as a LT?
I was thinking about joining the national guard as I would like some extra money (wouldn't we all) and love to shoot...and I could stand to drop a few pounds.

There's nothing worse that you Big-Government Republicans![/b]LOL!!! I only drive my big SUV when i need to and when i want to. My daily driver is a 9 yr old ScortGT - gives me 30+mpg/city and my motorcycle which gives me 45+mpg at 85 mph;). Besides all our clients are big spending libs anyways, im just happy to spend their money to help the economy and ofcourse, to help the children. best, eugene
