I think driving can be a great stress reliever. When I have a bad day at work I will just hop in the car and cruise down Sunset all the way to the Pacific Coast Highway and then just cruise down a ways. It is a great drive. Lots of turns on Sunset and PCH.

Driving is such a great stress-reducer. Any car is good, but the SVTC has been the best for me yet.

there has only been a few times I have gone just for a drive. I tell you going to and from school and other places I so enjoy my mystique. I always can take ramps faster then other people and stay in the lines, it is way to fun to drive. What is more fun is when i get to drive one of my parents cars, the duratec has so much more kick, it wants to be pushed. needless to say sometimes I am hard on my car but it has always pulled through for me and is running very strong with 103k. people compain about me driving to fast down the driveway at work, it is a bit windy, but they just don't understand the joy of driving a fast and good handling car laugh

Tell me if I like to drive my Contour:

The tranny is almost dead and I still drive it up and down Main St. looking for honeys! The torque convertor whines and the clutches slip, but I'm still faster than anyone who might want to try me! laugh Er, on the strip that is.... :p

The SVT's ability to attract femaleage is good sometimes, but not others. Most of the time I get a Sebring (parents') full of 16 year olds honking and hollering. Might be gravy for some of you, but no thanks here...

Ditto on the driving. I have been going on road trips since I bought my 'Tour. In two weeks I head out to Auburn (AL) for the first time with my K&N in. I can't wait! Aside from it being a Ford, I just love the way it rides..very smooth. With my speakers and amp installed, it will be a very special trip indeed! wink

I drive just to enjoy the drive. ALthough, I haven't had any time to just drive. But it's not just the Contour, I drive my Civic like that too.
