Considering that the Wings are the single most popular hockey team in the NHL, your generalizations about where we live doesn't apply. BOTH TEAMS ARE VERY VERY GOOD TEAMS!! Whoever wins the series deserves it...simple as that. Besides, what is wrong with where I live? I wouldn't trade it for Denver. You aren't going to make us feel bad by picking on where we live.
The Wings nor the Avs are dirty teams. Not in any city, but there are unknowledgeable fans everywhere who may think they are. Both teams do have a couple of dirty players (Foote and Chelios come to mind) but one player doesn't make a team.
