HAHAHAH...I think I will see how I feel tomorrow morning. If it is not better, I will call the doctor's office and ask what they think I should do.

Worse case - you pay whatever the Emergency Room visit cost is (if you don't get admitted). And you get to spend some time soaking in some true "West Phily flavor" in the waiting room.
