jeez you should get checked out ASAP. It could be a host of things from gastro reflux, or a host of other much more serious things. If you can maybe a walk in center/ ER might be an option. I know up here in St Paul urgent care centers are open till 3 or 4 I would think that out east there would be something similar. What you might want to do is call the nearest ER/walkin center/urgent care, and speak with the triage nurse. They can usually give you some good advise as to what to do.
