I quit a little over a month ago (quit buying them anyways...  ) and now the only time i smoke, is when I drink, but I have another vice that makes it easier, I dip as well..  Gonna get rid of that one of these days as well.. Good luck, chew sunflower seeds, do whatever you gotta do, just keep that damn cigarette outta your mouth..

Wow!! That is a big undertaking. I wish you the best of luck. Try doing this: -Everytime you really, really want a cig, put $10 in a jar. -Don't even touch the jar for about 2-3 months. -Then, at the end of the 2-3 months, open the jar, pull out the money, then send it to Street Flight and pay for your turbo outright!!!  Seriously, best of luck to you, man! I only smoked for about 4 years. Quite cold turkey, too.

Good luck man. It's not an easy thing to do, you have to really want this in order to be able to follow through. I'm 27 now, and I quit 20 months ago after smoking for 12 years (yes, i started early). If I can do it, so could you. No methods, no substitutes, no patch, no gum. Just quit.
