bkent - somehow report him "anonymously" about the insurance and do the same about the dog! If the dog has not killed, than why kill it? I mean I know (trust me I have been attacked by a canine before) how bad they can attack, but it all comes down to the owner. How are they treating the dog? Like suggested before, I think the pit needs to be relocated.
