Well, looking at the prices for 94-95 Convertible GT's at
www.autotrader.com in my area $9500 is a good price if it is well maintained. There is even a 94 with 116k miles asking $9800 (dealer). So, I guess it would be worth trading for your car. First redesign year and 5.slow stock motor, but great potential.
