Stephen I believe Viss1 was referring to IF there was no traffic ahead and you were the vehicle holding up someone who wanted to pass. Then why would you hold someone up? Wouldn't it then be your responsibility to be courteous to the driver and let him by if no traffic was ahead instead of holding him up because you would like to "teach him / her a lesson" This usually only causes anger among drivers, as in the OH Turnpike incident previously stated. I know what he was saying, and my reply is that I have no problem letting someone pass, but if they are traveling so fast that one second nobody is behind me and the next second they are, then they tailgate to make me move out of the way, then there IS a problem!
Who causes "anger among drivers" the most? The driver who doesn't put up with this sh*t from the other driver or the driver who is forcing several people to move out of the way by tailgating?
