I totally disagree with holding someone up if they are going what you consider to be "too fast." If you are in the fast lane, the road ahead of you is clear (at least clear enough to be considered "alone"), and someone is on your butt, why the heck would you choose to start something by holding them up? If you're not a cop, don't try to enforce the speed limit. Just get out of the way and hope they don't cause an accident with someone else.
Great point Viss1, let the police officers, Sandman333 and Co. wink ,do their jobs and just try and follow the rules of the road (including being courteous) yourself.

Why indeed! Why not wait? Why ride someones a$$ and start something? If you want to pass, why not be courteous and wait till you have room to pass safely?
Stephen I believe Viss1 was referring to IF there was no traffic ahead and you were the vehicle holding up someone who wanted to pass. Then why would you hold someone up? Wouldn't it then be your responsibility to be courteous to the driver and let him by if no traffic was ahead instead of holding him up because you would like to "teach him / her a lesson" This usually only causes anger among drivers, as in the OH Turnpike incident previously stated.
