I move over for faster drivers, unless their speed is insane. I'd rather piss them off and hold them up (and I usually drive 5 over the limit on the interstate anyway, so it's not like I'm a slow driver) than let them pass, drive at insane speeds, and have to stop for the fatal accident they cause later.
Usually, I'll hold them for a few minutes- just long enough so that they will look at me as they pass. Then I'll flip out the badge. Makes them think twice about their driving habits, and 95% of them will not continue on at warp speed.
Note- I don't do this to casual speeders, only to those who are driving so fast that they are posing a danger to themselves and others. Only once have I chased someone down- he was in a Mitsubishi 3000 and running 110 in a 55 zone. Should have had his license yanked for a few years.
