Thanks for clearing that up Captain Obvious. I really wasn't sure if driving like a moron on public streets, causing an accident then taking off was the irresponsible thing to do, or if the Boy Scouts gave out merit badges for that.
Now, I've been thinking about dropping kittens out of a helicopter to see if they really land on their feet or not. Would that be a good idea? I can't tell.
