Lol, seriously though it is quite easy to tell if a girl is californian or not. Say something (loud enough for her to hear) like "My idiot butler dented my ferrari again, guess i'll have to take the lambo out". If she jumps all over you then she is dumb enough to believe it and is from california. If she tells you your full of **** and punches you in the face, then you missed your chance with a normal girl.
