One thing I always have to tell my friend who is into comics about movies:
"They are releasing the comic as a movie to make money. This means it doesn't always follow 100% If they made it totally acurate a lot of people wouldn't like it, and the few people in the select audience wouldn't be enough money to warrant doing that"
It's always about the dollar. But yeah, I actually think this ending was better because if they had gotten together it would have been sooooo cheesy
