We moved out of our ghostly house about a year and a half ago. We had a 1920's ranch style house that had been a rental property for about 2 years and about 6 tenants! Reason why he sold it was because the tenants all broke their leases to get away from the ghost that lived there! eek

We lived there 2 years and had many experiences, but none ever bad. The bedroom was always very cold in the mornings, even with our zone control HVAC system put in place. Sometimes when I'd get up to take a shower, my girlfriend would be talking to someone while I was in the shower. I came out one time and asked who she'd been talking to... she said, "I thought it was you still in bed, I was telling you to get up or you'd be late. I could hear you breathing..."

There was also several times that a drinking glass would balance on it's edge... not for a few seconds, but until I grabbed it to set it down! eek I turned in a picture of one of the times it happened to some experts, but it came back as being to easy to fake.

There was also the time the carpet popped off of it's tack strips in the corner of our bedroom in the middle of the night. POP! I peeled back the corner of the loose carpet to see the hardwood floors that Bonnie and I had been discussing that very day whether we should refinish them or not in the bedrooms. Guess the ghost thought we should do it...

There's also the knocking on the inside of the closet doors... caused by walking on the floor near the closet you say? I tried one time for 20 minutes to find that same spot in the floor, it never did it. Sometimes it would do it while we were watching T.V. too... rules out floor settling...

I've got the creepy crawlys now... waaaaahh, *shudder* ... back to work...
